Returns & Exchanges Policy – Ezzi Tools

We want you to be happy with your tools. If anything goes wrong, here are the simple rules:

You can return or exchange any product within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be unused and undamaged, in its original box with all accessories.
Or used with a manufacturing fault: if the product has a factory defect, we will replace it or refund you within the 14 days even if it has been used.

Manufacturing fault or repair needed: we pay the return shipping.
Change of mind, or refusing delivery without a reason: the return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds are made using the same payment method you paid with.

All our products come with a 1-year warranty, and we have a maintenance centre and spare parts.
